Giclee Reproduction of Original Antique hand coloured Aquatint engraving lithograph by John Harris III (1811-1865). 

John Harris III An accomplished aquatint engraver born in Londo in 1811, the son of either John Harris II (an illustrator & watercolourist who was also a lithographer) or a cabinet-maker. Harris was an aquatint etcher/engraver who specialized in sporting and military subjects after his contemporaries.

W. S. Fores  W.S.Fores & Co was established in 1873, employed the aquatint technique extensively , and was where Harris spent most of his working life.
