On display in these diagram's are a complete various furnaces, the featured on at the top is the "Tower of Athanor" with a traversed section of a Bellows its right and an "Assay" to the left, beneath that we see an illustration of a "Lamp", various specialized apparatus dedicated to various stages of manufacturing of compounds. Of Note is a "Reverberatory": this is a metallurgical, or process furnace, that isolates the material from contact with the fuel source, but not with combustion gases.
